Don’t you too sometimes feel that anger brings fatigue?
You look back your day exhausted, not quite knowing why you’re so tired, then you realize you had a quarrel with someone at work or your feeling hurt by words of your colleagues, or friends.
Incidents triggered by anger.
I have no scientific backing but to me it seems to be the case.
Stress is a horrible thing to carry but so is anger.
It shrinks our life day by day. The toxic residue drop by drop.
Dealing effectively is the only way out and it has been said so from 2,000 years ago.
Roman philosopher wrote an entire essay on anger management.
That is Seneca and I’m currently reading “An Ancient Guide to Anger Management”.
Just as he wrote, we all learned from any history, anger is the ugliest and most violent emotion among human feelings.
But it is sometimes so hard to suppress.
I read Seneca was no different.
This book is a record of a tragic individual who was continually tormented by the monster called anger and eventually lost his life.
Important lesson from Seneca:
Of all the calamities, none has brought greater harm to humanity than anger.
