A message to my fellow travelers!
Today, I want to regale you with the incredible sauna experience I had at Matsukawa Kan, Ume no Ya Resort.
Nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of High Mountain Village, Nagano Prefecture, this serene haven seamlessly blends traditional Japanese charm with contemporary elegance.
Upon arriving at Matsukawa Kan, I was immediately captivated by the awe-inspiring beauty of nature, with its picturesque river and lush surroundings.
The moment I stepped inside, I found myself immersed in an oasis of tranquility, an atmosphere of pure.
However, what truly fascinated me was the resort’s sauna.
At Matsukawa Kan, you can partake in the rich modern Japanese sauna culture.
As I entered the sauna chamber, a soothing warmth enveloped my entire being, melting away the stresses of the outside world.
This sauna experience was nothing short of soul-stirring. Yey!
It not only revitalized my body but also cleansed my mind and spirit. Believe!
The harmonious blend of sauna heat and profound silence allowed me to rediscover inner peace like never before.
There are several types of saunas and one with a little garden in front of the sauna is superb.
You can lie and rest in those chairs specially cated for sauna experiences.
In between hot sauna and cold water, just immerse yourself with the sound of wood surround you.
Again, just superb.
(Also wait till it gets the night, with bonfire setting…!)
Moreover, Matsukawa Kan offers delectable traditional cuisine crafted from fresh seasonal ingredients from local nature.
The meals I enjoyed during my stay were a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.
Combined with the serene sauna experience, they further enhanced the overall sense of relaxation and well-being.
I hope this information helps you plan your visit to Matsukawa Kan, Ume no Ya Resort, and indulge in the transformative sauna experience it offers.
